Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid any fees. Cancellations made after this time may incur a cancellation fee. Rescheduling is subject to availability and must also be requested within a reasonable timeframe.
5. Image Usage and Copyright
All images taken by Perfect Pixels are the intellectual property of the photographer. Clients are granted personal usage rights of their images for non-commercial purposes, such as personal websites and social media. Commercial use of the images requires prior written consent. The photographer retains the right to use images for promotional purposes, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Perfect Pixels is not liable for any damage, loss, or injury sustained during a photoshoot session, whether it takes place on location, in-studio, or at a client’s chosen venue. We recommend that clients take necessary precautions and consult with the photographer if they have any concerns about the safety of the session.
